COMPUTER SYSTEM

A computer system in contemporary usage refers to a desktop system including the computer itself and all the peripheral devices needed to operate it.

Peripheral devices

·         A monitor typically either a CRT or an LCD flat screen.

·         A set of speakers to hear sound

·         A keyboard typically a three button mouse with scroll wheel

Other Peripheral can be added to the system

A Wi-Fi, A Bluetooth, A Modem, A Printer, A Scanner.

Components

A general purpose computer main component, these parts are interconnected by busses, often made of groups of wires.

Inside each of these parts are thousands to trillions of small electronic circuits which can be turned off or on by means of an electronic switch.
